Terms of Use

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Homevibe iPhone app and its widgets (“Homevibe”, “the app”) and this website. By downloading or using Homevibe, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Homevibe is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”), together with these terms. Where they conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows.

What Homevibe does

Homevibe helps you customize your iPhone with themes made of a wallpaper, a color palette, widgets and icon images. You apply wallpapers and icons yourself using iOS features such as Photos and the Shortcuts app. Homevibe doesn’t change system settings or other apps.

Your content and use

As between you and us, you may use the themes, wallpapers, widgets and icon images you make with Homevibe for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing screenshots of your home screen. Because AI outputs are generated automatically, similar outputs may be produced for other people, and we can’t guarantee that any output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

You agree not to:

Our content

The app, its design, starter themes, icon glyphs, widget designs and this website belong to us or our licensors. Icons in Homevibe are original glyphs labeled by function, not copies of any company’s logo, and Homevibe isn’t affiliated with any app or brand whose function an icon represents. Apple, iPhone and Shortcuts are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. In short: no account, no tracking, and only your typed words and an anonymous ID are sent when you make an AI theme.

Disclaimers

Homevibe is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error free, or that widgets will refresh exactly on time, since iOS controls when widgets update.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Homevibe. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Homevibe purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending use

You can stop using Homevibe at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend AI generation for an install that breaks these terms. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the AI feature, we’ll provide a reasonable way to use or be compensated for unused paid credits as required by law and App Store rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and significant changes will be noted in the app’s release notes. Continuing to use Homevibe after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
